Melanie is a highly creative, multifaceted individual with keen entrepreneurial spirit and an unquenchable thirst for knowledge.


Mel has a varied and fulfilled career path that has allowed her to add to her skill set as each new opportunity arose. From accounts clerk to managing a team of 30 UK wide service engineers for a multinational print management company.


After a short career break Mel realised her dream of working in the creative industry. She set up and ran a children’s clothing business until she took on the role of head of creative within a workwear and corporate styling business, this has allowed her to build on her skills and led to her being the joint visionary of Orange Seven.

RICHARD CHAMBERS​​​​​​​

ACCOUNT DIRECTOR

Richard is a commercially driven and highly creative marketer. From a young age he lived and breathed sports and when the opportunity arose to combine two of his favourite passions, Sport and Business, he quite literally ran with it and Orange Seven was born.


Richard has over 25 years marketing experience working both agency and client side. When he left university, he decided to set up his very own marketing agency specialising in corporate branding and was an early adopter of digital marketing. In the mid noughties Richard decided it was time for a change of scenery and moved client side working for businesses from initial start-ups right up to half a billion turnover Multinationals. Richard has been successful in developing high performing marketing teams in both the online and offline markets.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Ian has amassed over 40 years’ experience in the sports industry sectors and with his unique background in both public and private sectors he provides a significant skill set that would add great value to our clients new and old. Ian has worked in a variety of roles from CEO, and Director to Chairman and Trustee.


Ian is a hugely respected individual in and out of the sports sector and is a massive asset to our team, he has devoted many years to the sports industry and in 2013 was awarded with a lifetime achievement award at the national fitness awards.
